The Earth’s Light has successfully negotiated a surrender agreement with the Earth’s darkness. The basis of the agreement is that the dark end their long reign over humanity and voluntarily turn over power to Light based humans. In return, the dark will be granted amnesty for all crimes committed.
The dark had hoped to get a cover-up included as part of the surrender agreement but the Light would not agree to such a condition since it violates the very essence of Light based governance. The surrender agreement as negotiated is based on the full disclosure of facts for the historical record.
The negotiations were concluded toward the end of November and have yet to be ratified. In fact, factions of the Earth’s dark have rejected the agreement as negotiated and asked for a new set of negotiations. The Light has refused to return to the negotiating table, saying in effect…take what has been negotiated or face prosecution for all crimes you have committed.
Those who sign the surrender document as presently negotiated will be granted amnesty, those who refuse will be prosecuted. Since the Light, with assistance from our ET supporters, has amassed dossiers of historical evidence against each member of the Earth’s darkness, this is a powerful motivation for surrender.
The US based cabal negotiated the surrender agreement for the dark and have led the internal negotiations to have all factions of the dark accept the agreement. The Light has supported the cabal in these efforts including accepting invitations to attend meetings and answer questions but have steadfastly refused to renegotiate. Very recently, the Vatican and the Jesuits, their enforcement agents, were invited to be included. Amnesty is very attractive to these people and indications are that they will be signatories.
It is currently hoped that the agreement will be accepted by the entire dark community and the option of arrests and prosecution will not be necessary.
The Light has set no deadline to date as good progress is being made.
Those are the facts as I understand them…now for some background information.
The Earth’s dark have long used the etheric level for meetings and for disseminating information. The etheric level has considerable advantages since people do not have to travel and assemble in the physical. There is also no paper trail unless provisions are taken to include one and when pushing dark agendas, the lack of a paper trail has many advantages.
Operating at the etheric level is a skill possessed by all humans and the surrender agreement negotiations all took place at the etheric level.
Most Lightworkers have avoided working at the etheric level and the dark has worked hard at discouraging people from using these skills. Most Lightworkers are currently unaware that this option exists…meanwhile the darkness has been using these skills for centuries. My first experience was as an invitee to an etheric level meeting held by the dark in the spring of 2012. The dark wanted more information on surrender and ‘called’ me into their meeting as an invitee due to my expertise as it relates to surrender.
Since that time, I have been guided to develop my own etheric level skills and regularly ‘call’ others into my etheric level meetings. Etheric level meetings can be arranged individually but it works far more easily and effectively to work with someone else to set it all up. My friend Katelon and I do this regularly and I have used the same skills with a number of other people.
I do not claim to fully understand the process or its aftermath. For instance, most people are unaware of their experience or their contributions when attending one of my etheric level meetings and similarly, I am generally consciously unaware when ‘called’ to attend someone else’s meeting. Somehow, this amnesia was suspended for the spring of 2012 meeting but that is still a rarity. I have no doubt that the skills exist to by-pass this amnesia but I do not yet know how this is done or how to do it myself at the meetings I presently arrange. In many cases, this works in our favour as those we ‘call’ into our meetings have subconscious level information but do not have to process conscious memories that would currently violate their belief system.
Okay, lets return to the surrender agreement. Soon the Earth’s dark will ratify the existing surrender agreement and an orderly transfer of power will ensue. That transfer includes turning over the media to the Light, rebooting the world’s financial systems with Light based programming, and disclosure of humanity’s ET supporters. Soon to follow will be miracles such as free energy, rejuvenation and many more.
